The Drug Screen, Criminal Background check is
not done as part of regular process but can be incorporated in the
process if a specific client needs the same.
Our Recruitment process is fairly same for Third Party but involves
a few extra steps like – Contract Negotiation, seeking a copy
of H1 approval/W-2 to establish the proof of employment.
At Datamatics Consultants Inc., we have an excellent pool of technical consultants
for designing tech checks for potential hires on various skills
and platforms. Our recruiters work closely with these technical
consultants and do an extempore Technical Evaluation based
on the candidate’s experience and skills. The whole process adds
value to the tech screen as the candidate is asked questions related to the projects
that he/she has worked on and real time practical questions are asked instead
of plain theory. This process helps the recruiters in judging the capability
of the candidate to perform at a project site. It also helps give an insight
into the candidate’s interpersonal skills.
After a lot of experimenting we strongly feel that the above process gives more
value in comparison to the conventional tech checks that are available on Internet.
The conventional checks lack the flexibility that we can have while interviewing
candidates extempore.The complete test result is documented but is kept confidential.
